There is still one year left in the elections but there are only two possible outcomes. PTI or PML N will form a government with absolutely no chance of PPP that ruled Pakistan for more than 5 times in the past.
Now, out of the two possible outcomes, the chances of PTI forming a government is much higher.
First, in last few decades, people in Pakistan never voted for the same party to rule for two consecutive terms.

Second, PML N entire leadership and especially the family of Prime Minister is under the serious allegations of corruption and currently Supreme Court is investigating the case. (The sons and daughters of PM Nawaz Sharif is named in the Pnanama Scandal which made the worldwide headlines.)
Even the sons of the PM accepted that they own the companies and have billions of dollars invested in these countries on the other hand, Prime Minister fails to answer how his family become so wealthy and how the money is transfered to foreign banks).
He even made a ludicrous statement in front of the court that a prince from Qatar gifted the expensive properties in question in the London while telling an entirely different story in the parliament.90% of the local population now see the Nawaz Sharif family as corrupt and most likely Supreme Court will take an action on this as the evidence against the PM family is very strong.

Third, they failed to achieve anything they promised in their election campaign. if anyone had followed 2013 election campaign of 2013, they promised to end electricity shortage with six months, than in 1 year, and than in 3 years but it has been 4 years in power and the country is still suffering from huge power shortages. The PM Nawaz Sharif even promised a bullet train from Peshawar to Karachi but still Pakistan Railway is suffering from huge losses. They said in their election campaign that they have the most experienced team on the other hand, all major government organizations like PIA, Railway, PTV, Steel Mill and many other are still under huge losses.
